Returns & Exchange
Adorsh is happy to accept returns for products purchased directly from us online. Please note that this policy does not apply to items bought through retail outlets.
If you need to return an item, we don’t offer credit refunds. However, you can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference within one month. Alternatively, you can choose a credit note that can be used for any future purchase on our website, valid for two months.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving it. The item should be returned to our warehouse within one week. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if notified after this period.
To report a damaged product, email us at support@adorsh.com, and we promise a quick response. We will thoroughly investigate the issue and ensure your merchandise is repaired completely.
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Kindly return the goods unused, with the original tags intact, and in their original packaging, including the box and any complementary products that came with your order. If the product doesn’t meet our quality standards because it has been used, damaged, soiled, polished, or altered, it may be sent back to you without a refund. We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

- Order Dispatch: All orders will be dispatched within two working days after the order is placed.
- Customized Orders: For customized orders, the dispatch timeline will be provided by our craftsman team based on the specific requirements of your order.
Delivery Timeline
- The delivery timeline is dependent on our third-party shipping partners and varies based on your location (state and city) and the distance from our warehouse.
- We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, certain factors such as remote locations or unforeseen circumstances might lead to slight delays.
Shipping Costs
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, an additional charge of ₹150 is applicable, which must be paid upfront. The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery to minimize returns.
Shipping Partners
- We collaborate with reliable third-party shipping partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to addresses within India.
Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- You can use this tracking number on our shipping partner’s website to track your order status.

Cancellation Policy
**Order Cancellation Policy**
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once the product has left our warehouse.
If you cancel your order before dispatch, you won’t receive a credit refund. Instead, you can exchange it for another product of the same or higher value by paying the difference. Alternatively, you can opt for a credit note, which you can use for future purchases on our website within 2 months.
Please note: If there’s a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, the order cannot be canceled, and no credit refund will be provided.

Leather : Leather is a natural material, so slight color variations and unique markings are to be expected, adding to the character of each piece. Over time, your leather items may develop a natural patina and show signs of wear, enhancing their distinctive look. Embrace these changes as they reflect the authenticity and quality of genuine leather.
Hardware Color: Over time, the metal hardware on some products might tarnish or lose its shine due to weather conditions and usage. These changes are natural and result from how the product is used and handled, so they are not considered defects.
Handcrafted Products: Every Adorsh Leather product is handcrafted, making each piece unique. There may be slight differences in measurements, but these are minimal and do not affect the overall design.
Scratches and Marks: Scratches and marks on the leather are a natural part of the material’s character and not considered defects. With use, these marks can enhance the product’s vintage appeal, adding to its unique look. Some leather types may also develop a slight patina over time, highlighting the quality and authenticity of the leather. Remember, each leather skin is unique, so variations and marks are to be expected and embraced as part of the product’s charm.
